1. We have developed and completed 16 projects in various locations in the island and two housing projects have been completed and this department has continued to function for the past two years.
2. These projects have been the source through which LH has built relationships with a wide customer-base.
3. Current investment- Sheavens Residencies at Piliyandala – the large scale housing project with a difference which will include a Super Market, Recreational Centre, Fitness Track and other modern infrastructure.

The Company has targeted the low/middle/super luxury concepts to fulfill various requirements to be in par with the country’s development including the highway projects by constructing houses in close proximity to that particular environment.

We envisage projects for Low/Middle & Upper middle class families in the suburbs of Colombo, very close to the main city in the very near future and our intention is to develop similar projects in the other Districts country-wide.
